Your Role and Impact: Under the supervision of the production manager, you will plan, organize, lead, and control all production activities within your assigned department, ensuring effective use of labor and equipment, compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years experience as a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing (unionized environment an asset).
- Training in administration, production, or personnel management is a plus.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High professional ethics.
