Responsibilities

• Manage daily human resources activities including meetings, evaluations, and training.
• Oversee department efficiency and compliance with HACCP standards.
• Ensure occupational health and safety regulations are followed.
• Foster a productive, safe, and positive work environment.
• Support effective onboarding and training of new employees.
• Manage the application of collective agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

• Over 3 years of supervisory experience in production within a union environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP/SQF standards.
• Understanding of poultry processing is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
