What You'll Do
- Prepare nutritious, high-quality fresh meals for guests and staff
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow health & safety standards
- Supervise and coach kitchen team members
- Assist with inventory control and meal prep for various services
- Participate in recruitment and training efforts
What We Expect
- Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified Chef designation a plus
- Food Safe and WHMIS certification required
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Energetic, punctual, and good communication skills
