  • Provide critical support to attorneys in all litigation phases, including trial.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Organize case files and manage calendars with deadlines ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a California Litigation Secretary, expert in document management and calendaring, with strong organizational and communication skills.
