About the Company

Our client is a Canadian leader in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust, seeking a Sales Engineer to join their hybrid work environment (3 days/week).

About The Opportunity

  • Act as a technical advisor during client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales.
  • Lead onboarding, including client implementations and product rollouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver client solutions.
  • Support technical architecture and integration discussions.
  • Manage post-sales activities: issue resolution, performance monitoring, account support.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product improvements.
  • Develop technical documentation, presentations, and demos.
  • Bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering for successful outcomes.

About You

  • Experience in client-facing technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in API integrations and solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and related fields.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies.
  • Preferred experience with telecom, financial services, fraud, identity, or security solutions.

Bonus

  • Bilingual English/French.
  • Experience with AI/ML and fraud detection platforms.
  • Background in fintech, telecommunications, or regulated industries.
