Our client is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to become a key technical advisor in client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagements. This hybrid role (3 days/week) offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during client onboarding, new product rollouts, and partner onboarding.
- Support integration discussions and manage post-sales customer support activities.
- Develop technical documentation, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Bridge communications between technical and sales teams to ensure customer success.
Ideal Candidate
You bring strong customer-facing communication skills, a technical background in solutions architecture or account management, and an understanding of fraud prevention, identity verification, and cybersecurity. Experience with API integrations and cloud technologies (AWS) is highly valued.
