About the Company

Our client is a leading company in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust in Canada, seeking a Sales Engineer for a hybrid role (3 days onsite per week).

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical advisor during client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagements. Responsibilities include leading customer onboarding, managing post-sales activities, collaborating cross-functionally, providing architecture support, and developing technical documentation.

Ideal Candidate

You should have experience in sales engineering or similar client-facing technical roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with API integrations and cybersecurity. Knowledge of AWS, fraud prevention, IAM, and experience in telecom or financial services is highly preferred.

Bonus Skills

Bilingualism (English/French), experience with AI/ML and fraud detection, and working in regulated industries are advantageous.
