About the Company
Our client is a Canadian leader in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust, seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for a hybrid role (3 days/week).
Job Highlights
- Act as a technical advisor in client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales.
- Lead customer onboarding, partner integrations, and product rollouts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Support technical architecture and integration discussions.
- Manage post-sales activities, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance products and solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in API integrations and technical onboarding.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies like AWS.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Bilingual English/French preferred.
- Experience with fraud prevention, IAM, AI/ML, telecommunications, or financial sectors.
