About the Company

Our client is a leader in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust in Canada looking for a Sales Engineer to join their hybrid team (3 days/week).

Opportunity Highlights

  • Act as a technical advisor during client discovery and pre-sales.
  • Lead customer onboarding and product rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage post-sales activities including issue resolution and performance monitoring.
  • Develop technical documentation and demos.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Sales Engineer or similar technical roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Experience with fraud prevention, trust & safety, AI/ML concepts.
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or telecom.
