About the Company

Our client is a leading company in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust based in Canada. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week).

About The Opportunity

  • Act as a technical advisor during client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagements.
  • Lead customer onboarding, including implementations, partner onboarding, and product rollouts.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Support architecture and integration discussions.
  • Manage post-sales activities with a focus on issue resolution and performance monitoring.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product and solution strategies.
  • Develop technical documentation and demos.
  • Serve as a bridge to ensure successful customer outcomes.

About You

  • Experience in technical client-facing roles such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with API integrations, solution architecture, and onboarding.
  • Understanding of fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and demonstrate strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities and knowledge of AWS/cloud environments.
  • Preferred experience in telecom, financial services, fraud, identity, authentication, or security solutions.

Bonus Items

  • Bilingual in English/French.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, trust & safety, IAM, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and fraud detection platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, telecommunications, or regulated industries.
