Our client in Canada, a pioneer in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust, is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their hybrid work environment (3 days/week onsite). As a Sales Engineer, you'll engage with clients technically during discovery and solution design, lead onboarding and product rollout activities, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional client solutions. The role also involves supporting architecture discussions, managing post-sales support, and helping improve products with direct customer feedback.
What You Bring:
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical know-how in API integration, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies
Bonus Skills:
- Bilingual English/French
- Background in fraud prevention, trust & safety, IAM, or telecom
- Familiarity with AI/ML and fintech industries
