As a Sales Engineer, you will act as a key technical advisor, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. This hybrid role (3 days/week) offers impact-driven work from the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on client onboarding, solution design, and architecture support.

What you'll do:

  • Lead client implementations and partner onboarding
  • Provide technical demos, documentation, and proof-of-concepts
  • Manage post-sales support and issue resolution
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance products

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Sales Engineering or similar technical client roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and AWS
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Bonus: Bilingual skills, fintech or telecom experience, and familiarity with AI/ML fraud detection is a plus.
