Join Highspring as a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on IAM expert to enhance identity governance, access control, and compliance over hybrid infrastructure. Location: Ottawa, ON or Montreal, QC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Languages: English (mandatory), bilingualism an asset
Your Impact:
- Manage identity lifecycle access events and provisioning
- Lead access reviews and certifications
- Investigate and remediate unauthorized access
- Strengthen IAM controls & governance
Required Skills: Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, IAM lifecycle management, RBAC, incident analysis, hybrid environments
