We are looking for a strategic and enterprise-minded Senior Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary to lead legal, governance, risk, internal audit, and corporate secretary functions. This executive role reports to the CEO, is part of the Executive Leadership Team, and offers a unique chance to shape governance and legal frameworks as BCH transitions into a Crown corporation. Ideal candidates will possess over 15 years of senior legal leadership experience, board advisory capabilities, and bilingual fluency in English and French.
