Join Highspring as a Software Architect to lead strategic large-scale digital transformation programs. You will design and evolve modern web and mobile technology solutions that are secure, high performing, resilient, and scalable.
What You Will Do
- Architect end-to-end application solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
- Define architectures aligned with business needs and technical requirements including security and scalability.
- Ensure integration and interoperability using microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Promote modern engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Lead architectural reviews, provide mentorship, and foster innovation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in web and mobile software development.
- Proven software architecture expertise and experience in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
Technical Environment
Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kafka, React, TypeScript, React Native, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and more.
