Position Overview: Join Airbus Canada’s A220 Commercial Aircraft Program as a Tooling Specialist, based in Mirabel, Quebec. You will lead a team responsible for designing, providing, and maintaining essential tooling equipment for final assembly lines. Work in a collaborative, autonomous environment driving innovative projects including robotic assembly stations and lifting equipment. Ensure all projects meet Airbus quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering or equivalent experience, 10+ years in industrial or similar roles, experience in project and team management, supplier coordination, and strong organizational skills are essential.
