As a Staff Data Engineer, you will architect and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, using Microsoft Azure tools (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) to tackle big data challenges. Collaborate across teams to enhance data security, design business-centric models, and drive innovation with event-driven and streaming data solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of modular data pipelines
- Develop robust data models acting as single sources of truth for analytics
- Enable secure data handling in cloud environments
- Influence agile practices and mentor cross-disciplinary teams
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 6-8 years of experience in data modeling and architecture
- Expertise in Azure & Databricks environment
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
Compensation & Benefits: Earn between $87.58 - $97.58 per hour plus potential bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans.
