As a Staff Data Engineer, you will architect and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, using Microsoft Azure tools (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) to tackle big data challenges. Collaborate across teams to enhance data security, design business-centric models, and drive innovation with event-driven and streaming data solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of modular data pipelines
  • Develop robust data models acting as single sources of truth for analytics
  • Enable secure data handling in cloud environments
  • Influence agile practices and mentor cross-disciplinary teams

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • 6-8 years of experience in data modeling and architecture
  • Expertise in Azure & Databricks environment
  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities

Compensation & Benefits: Earn between $87.58 - $97.58 per hour plus potential bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans.
