Your Job:

  • Welcome clients and answer questions.
  • Assist clients with our banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Advise and offer transactional solutions for individuals.
  • Build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Direct clients to specialist colleagues for specialized needs.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management.

Our branch is open one evening per week. Various work schedules are available based on team availability. You'll report to the client service director or branch manager and collaborate daily with a team of investment, credit, and mortgage specialists.
