As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial card services. Based at our 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4 location, after a two-week intensive onsite training, you'll transition to a flexible hybrid work model. This position offers an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions and the possibility of a full-time equivalent role.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting payment issues, generating reports, and liaising with various departments like Fraud, Chargeback, and Accounting. Your role involves maintaining our service standards while enhancing customer satisfaction.
You must have at least 3 years experience in a customer service position, preferably with knowledge of TSYS, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual ability in English and French and experience in commercial card environments are advantageous.
