Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims in accordance with relevant policies and laws.

- Design and oversee individualized work reentry plans.
- Document cases comprehensively while adhering to privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in nursing, social work, rehabilitation, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in STD and LTD claims.
- Preferred certification in Case Management.
- Proficiency in disability legislation and strong communication skills.
