As a Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative, you are at the front line of delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center setting. This role involves managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to expertly handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide vital information on Teladoc Health services. You'll work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team to ensure the highest customer satisfaction, occasionally managing crisis situations. Strong telephonic communication skills are essential, allowing you to clearly convey complex ideas to our diverse member base. Additionally, you'll need superior problem-solving skills and organizational acumen to tackle challenges efficiently.
