Responsibilities include resolving incidents efficiently per SLA, managing service requests, identifying root causes, collaborating with IT teams and suppliers, and ensuring system availability and performance. You should have strong technical skills in hardware, networking, Windows OS, telephony, Active Directory, Azure, and software deployment.
