We are looking for a general store clerk to join our team. Located in the heart of Tremblant’s pedestrian village, the general store is a key service point for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and inform customers professionally and courteously.
• Process checkout transactions, including billing and collecting payments.
• Manage the cash register daily (balancing, deposits, controls).
• Receive, verify and put merchandise on the shelves.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of the supplies needed for operations.
• Apply price reductions according to established guidelines.
• Operate the Loto-Québec terminal and manage related products.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and necessary for the proper operation of the business.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, cashiering or sales.
• Comfortable handling money and using checkout tools.
• Good knowledge of English because of interactions with tourist customers.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Thoroughness, autonomy and a good team spirit.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
