We are looking for sales advisors specializing in snowboard equipment to help customers choose, maintain and adjust their equipment, while providing a personalized, guided shopping experience. You will be a go-to resource for our snow sports customers, sharing your technical knowledge and helping them find the ideal equipment for their skill level.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, understand their needs and advise them on purchasing, renting or maintaining equipment.
• Install bindings, maintain snowboards and perform some repairs.
• Sell products, process transactions and operate the cash register.
• Help merchandise the store, including labeling and displaying items.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming.
• Complete sales-related administrative follow-ups, including deposits and cash register reports.

Requirements

• Experience selling sporting goods or in customer service.
• Positive energy, a genuine passion for snowboarding and a commitment to customer service.
• Comfortable using computer tools and a cash register, and handling money.
• Strong oral communication skills in French and English because of interactions with English-only customers.
• Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
