Your Role
- Provide outstanding customer experiences ensuring each interaction is positive and meaningful.
- Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
- Identify referral opportunities to account managers to support customers' financial success.
- Accurately process transactions while adhering to compliance standards and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
- Contribute to branch success through collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Some post-secondary education and over one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a people-centered approach.
- Interest in financial products and desire to advance in the banking industry.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other banking systems.
