Join the banking team in Vancouver at Canadian Western Bank, part of the National Bank, as a Banking Advisor and be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and financial solutions. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your customer service skills, financial knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships.

Your Role

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences ensuring each interaction is positive and meaningful.
  • Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
  • Identify referral opportunities to account managers to support customers' financial success.
  • Accurately process transactions while adhering to compliance standards and attention to detail.
  • Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
  • Contribute to branch success through collaboration and continuous learning.

Your Team You'll be part of a customer service team, under the direction of the branch manager. Our team is distinct for its people-focused approach, collaboration, and dedication to client success. Requirements

  • Some post-secondary education and over one year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a people-centered approach.
  • Interest in financial products and desire to advance in the banking industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other banking systems.
