Your Role:

  • Welcome clients and address inquiries.
  • Assist clients with our banking apps and ATMs.
  • Listen to needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Advise and offer transactional solutions for individuals.
  • Foster lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Direct clients to specialized colleagues for specific needs.
  • Uphold compliance and risk management rules.

Your Team: The branch is open one evening a week, with several potential working schedules based on team availability. You report to the client service director or branch director and collaborate daily with a team of specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience; inclusive, respectful attitude
  • Empathy and client focus
  • Interest in technology and sharing knowledge
  • Adaptability to various situations

Languages: English, French

Skills: Brand ambassadorship, business development, results orientation, teamwork, client focus, detail orientation, digital skills, empathy, learning agility, oral communication.
