HR Generalist

The HR Generalist provides support on all human resources matters within the assigned client group, closely working with operational unit managers. Acting as an ambassador of Telecon’s values and a change agent, you'll ensure operational unit collaboration. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Provide daily performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
- Report on key metrics, including workforce, turnover, recruitment, and prepare ad hoc reports
- Offer insights on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning
- Manage leave and return-to-work programs
- Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and guiding managers through resolutions
- Foster partnerships to deliver value-added services in alignment with company goals and productivity
- Maintain effective knowledge of business unit’s financial, cultural, and competitive landscape
- Advise on labor law, employee relations, and collective agreements as needed
- Execute special projects as needed.
