Driver requirements
- You are at least 25 years old.
- Valid Québec driver’s licence: Class 5 or higher (only licence numbers 1 to 5 are eligible), with no “X” condition on the licence.
- One year of driving history.
- Driver training certificate.
- Annual assessment that reviews your driving history and background check.
- Any smartphone that can download and run the Lyft Driver app.
Vehicle requirements
- 4-door vehicle, model year 2016 or newer.
- Vehicle licence plate and registration in Québec.
